The current annual boarding fee for full time 7 day boarding is currently €6,990. There are additional fees payable for extras such as transport and recreation, laundry, school diaries and printing. The boarding fee can be paid in three installments; June, August and January. Extras must be paid for by the beginning of September. Fees may be paid on this website from the home page.
Six scholarships are awarded annually to students entering first year who show a particular talent or proficiency in the Irish language, and in any of our traditional arts – music, song, or dance. These are decided by an independent panel of judges on the Open-Day in the year prior to admission to Coláiste Íde.
Remote Area Boarding Grant
The Remote Area Boarding Grant scheme makes provision for the payment of grants in respect of pupils whose normal place of residence is outside the range of public transport services to a school providing suitable free second-level education.
